We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and specifications accurately. However:

• Actual product colours may vary slightly from images due to screen settings
• Specifications are subject to change without notice due to product improvements
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is confirmed only upon our acceptance and payment processing.
• We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
• For bulk/wholesale orders (₹1 lakh+), advance payment of 50% is required before production begins.
• We issue GST invoices for all purchases. Please provide your GSTIN during checkout for B2B orders.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product photographs, logos, brand names, descriptions, videos, and code — is the exclusive property of AgriFuture India and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

AgriFuture India shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
• Losses due to incorrect product selection by the buyer
• Delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or natural disasters
• Website downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

7. Warranty

All products sold by AgriFuture India carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
