1. Delivery Coverage

We ship to all 28 states and 8 union territories across India, including:

• South India: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana
• West India: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Goa
• North India: Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir
• East India: West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura
• Central India: Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh

• In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
• Custom/bulk orders: 3–5 business days for preparation before dispatch
• Heavy machinery (milking machines, chaff cutters, HTP sprayers): 3–7 business days depending on configuration

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Karnataka (Bangalore, other cities): 1–3 business days
• South India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, AP, Telangana): 2–4 business days
• West & North India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Punjab): 3–5 business days
• East India (West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Assam): 4–7 business days
• Remote/Hill areas: Additional 2–3 days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• A tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp
• Courier partner name and tracking link
• Estimated delivery date

6. Packaging Standards

All our dairy and agricultural equipment is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

• Milking machines: Foam-padded, double-boxed with bubble wrap
• Silage bags: Rolled and sealed in protective poly wrap
• Cow mats: Rolled or flat-packed with cardboard reinforcement
• Small accessories and spare parts: Sealed in protective pouches, packed in sturdy boxes

7. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin

If a delivery attempt fails (recipient unavailable, incorrect address), the courier will attempt re-delivery 2–3 times. After failed attempts, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipment

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@agrifutureindia.com
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
