Few districts in India combine agricultural research depth the way Ludhiana does. This is home to Punjab Agricultural University, ranked third nationally among agriculture institutions and drawing over a lakh farmers to its twice-yearly Kisan Mela, and to Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, which split from PAU in 2005 specifically to give Punjab a dedicated institution focused on veterinary science and animal husbandry. Alongside this research depth, Ludhiana anchors Punjab's largest industrial base, from hosiery and textiles to bicycles and machine tools. Our equipment is built for exactly this combination — genuinely research-informed farming, in a district with real industrial depth too.
Research-Standard Fit
Manufactured from premium virgin composite polymers with a specialized waste-droppage gap size that keeps hooves safe while letting manure fall through, for a dry, disease-free floor built for a district with dedicated veterinary science research on its doorstep.

Single-Phase Compatible
Built with food-grade SS-304 buckets and balanced vacuum pumps that run smoothly on rural and peri-urban single-phase power, minimizing herd stress during milking.

Explore RangeBeing home to both Punjab's top agricultural university and its dedicated veterinary institution creates a genuinely distinct set of priorities:
GADVASU was created in 2005 by splitting Punjab Agricultural University's veterinary and animal husbandry colleges into their own dedicated institution, giving Ludhiana-region farms proximity to research focused entirely on livestock health rather than general agriculture. Hygienic shed flooring fits naturally into the higher standard of practice this kind of specialized institution encourages.
PAU's twice-yearly Kisan Mela draws over a lakh farmers from Punjab and neighboring states, giving this district an unusually direct pipeline to current agricultural research and practice, livestock included.
Ludhiana's hosiery, bicycle, and machine tool manufacturing clusters give farm households real, competitive alternatives to agricultural work, making low-maintenance, self-cleaning shed flooring more valuable when household labor has genuine options elsewhere.
Ludhiana sits at the heart of Punjab's intensively irrigated, high-input agricultural belt, giving farms here genuinely reliable water access that livestock benefits from as much as field crops do.

Here's what happens after you order, start to finish:
Your order is scheduled onto our tracked delivery route covering the Ludhiana region, from city limits to interior villages near Machhiwara and Raikot.
Slats, mats, or machinery ship directly from our factory to your farm gate — no need to arrange transport yourself.
Most flooring is interlocking and plug-and-play. Our team sends step-by-step video guides in advance, and a technician is available over live WhatsApp video call while your team installs it, so mistakes get caught in real time rather than after the shed is already in use.
Replacement slats, mat liners, and machine tubing are kept in stock and dispatched promptly, so a damaged section doesn't mean waiting weeks for a fresh order.
