Earlier in this range, the Pulsator Kit covers rebuilding the wearing internal parts of a pulsator you already own — the diaphragm, valve, and seals. The AP Pulsator is the other side of that decision: a complete, ready-to-install replacement unit, needed once the pulsator housing itself is cracked, damaged, or old enough that repeated rebuilding no longer makes economic sense compared to simply replacing the whole unit.
